Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SubVix. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms are issued by Mikovix s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 24596477, with registered office at Dlouhá 3403/2b, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, section C, file 103092.

1. Service Description

SubVix is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that helps businesses track software subscriptions, renewal dates, and cancel-by deadlines. The service includes a web dashboard, automated email reminders, CSV import, and team collaboration features.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Shared or generic accounts are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Billing and Payments

  • SubVix offers paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) billed monthly.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Eligible refunds for the most recent transaction may be initiated directly in the Billing section of the Application. In other cases, please contact support@subvix.io.
  • Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes (VAT). VAT is calculated by Stripe based on your billing address.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the service.
  • Interfere with the service's operation or impose unreasonable load on the infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise other users' data.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: The SubVix service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Mikovix s.r.o. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business purposes.
  • Your data: You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SubVix. We do not claim any rights over your subscription tracking data.

6. Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU data protection laws.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (hosting provider outages, network issues, force majeure).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • SubVix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • SubVix is a tracking and reminder tool. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from missed renewals, incorrect data entry, or notification delivery failures.

9. Termination

  • By you: You can cancel your account at any time by contacting support@subvix.io.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for your subscription.
  • After termination: Your data will be available for export for 30 days after account termination. After that period, it will be permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service and cancel your account.
