Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid SubVix subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Free Trial

SubVix offers a 14-day free trial with full Pro plan features. No payment method is required during the trial period. Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is applicable. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or continue with the free tier.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your Billing page.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • You may request a full refund of your most recent charge within 14 days of payment for the current billing period.
  • Refund requests can be made directly from the Billing page using the "Request Refund" button (available to team owners with an active paid subscription).
  • After 14 days from the payment date, refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
  • Only the most recent charge is eligible for self-service refund. For earlier charges, contact us directly.

4. EU Consumer Rights

SubVix is a B2B service primarily intended for business use. However, if you are a consumer within the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU grants you a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

Please note that by subscribing and accessing the service, you consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully accessed. This consent is obtained during the Stripe Checkout process.

Regardless of the above, our 14-day self-service refund window (Section 3) provides equivalent or better protection than the statutory withdrawal right.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Self-service: Log in to SubVix, go to the Billing page, and click "Request Refund". This option is available to team owners with an active paid subscription within 14 days of the last payment.
  • Email: Contact us at support@subvix.io with your account email and the reason for your request.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Upon a full refund, your subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the Free plan.

7. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial refunds and proration on plan downgrades are not supported at this time.
